Where is one2one held?

All sessions are held in a personal training facility in Sydney, Australia, called the Sports and Athletic Performance Centre, Suite 4, 7 Parraween St, Cremorne NSW. The centre is the most thoroughly equipped gym in NSW, making available to the public may exercises and machines commonly used to promote athletic performance.

Who can work out there?

A handful of top personal trainers work out of the facility, and it is only available for use one on one with a trainer. This means there are no posers, pervs, or show ponies. The 230sqm facility will have a maximum of just 9 people training there, and that is only at peak times! It is a relaxed, friendly and supportive atmosphere, conducive to getting you the results you desire.

What sort of people do one2one training?

Body Foundations one2one trains clients from ages 8 to 80. Your programs will be tailored to you, based on a very thorough testing procedure, and of course, your goals.

How long is an appointment?


Each session will run for up to an hour.

What happens in the first session?


You will be tested extensively for muscular imbalances, flexibility, structural alignment, body composition and nutritional status.

These tests will pinpoint any health problems or injuries that are current or could occur in the future, that may be standing in the way of your progress.

We then set goals with you, and assign you safe and effective programs that are structured to help you attain those goals in the most efficient method possible.

Is it possible to spot reduce fat?

Yes. Noted expert Charles Poliquin has shown that different fat storage sites on the body are correlated to different hormones. By simply improving hormonal balance, we can spot reduce body fat.

Part of your one2one assessment will be a skin fold test to determine your hormonal profile, and nutritional supplement recommendations will be given to you, which will not only improve overall health and energy, but spot reduce body fat from your problem area.
