"I'd tried Fitness First bootcamp but but hadn't really enjoyed it, and the 'original bootcamp' with an instructor yelling his head off didn't look like much fun so I thought I'd give SWAT a go. A friend of mine had tried SWAT and said it was cheaper than most of the other outdoor training options and that I would also get some good diet and nutrition tips.

"My first impressions were great and I haven't looked back! It is a very friendly environment with all sorts of people of different ages with different body types and fitness levels. I certainly felt that no one was judging me even though I was really unfit to start with. Alex is very down to earth and really motivates you. He makes the sessions fun and creates a very supportive atmosphere where everyone encourages each other to try their hardest. The sessions are certainly full on but you get a real sense of achievement when you're done. My fitness levels have improved considerably!
